For Buyers, Roger maintains a pool of talented and Accredited Buyer Specialists or “ABR” personnel on the Team.  The ABR’s role is to provide insight into the Buyer’s marketplace and provide professional representation exclusively for Team Buyer clients in any Real Estate transaction.  Team Kilgour Agents are trained to help you buy the right property and will show you all available properties from any source whatsoever, whether listed on MLS or not and at your own pace, regardless of the time it may take.
